What buyers pay for
The everyday records you already keep.
The longer and more connected your records, the more they’re worth.
Job and project files
Work orders, job notes, project files and support tickets.
Invoices and quotes
What you quoted, what you billed and what the customer approved.
Email and procedures
Customer and vendor email, SOPs and checklists.
How it works
We’re on your side of the table.
Buyers have their own calculators and their own contracts. Like a business broker, we work for the seller: we price what you have, take it to several buyers and negotiate the deal.

Review call
A 15-minute call to firm up the value and map what you can share.
Prepare and market
Our partners remove personal details. You approve the records buyers see, and we take it to the AI companies and data firms that license records like yours.
Negotiate and choose
We negotiate price, use, term and exclusivity. You see the offers side by side. Pick one, or walk away.
The broker difference
One offer, or several?
Many companies hear from just one buyer, once, and the offer looks fine because there’s nothing to compare it with. When several buyers bid for the same records, the final price can be substantially higher.
Our fee
No upfront fees.
We’re only paid when a deal closes.
Privacy
Built to keep your customers private.
Buyers want to learn how the work gets done, not who your customers are. Before any records are shared, our de-identification partners take the people out.

Illustrative example. Highlighted details are replaced or removed. The work itself, what went wrong and how it was fixed, is what buyers pay for.
- Names, addresses, phone and account numbers are removed or replaced, and dates are shifted.
- You choose what’s included and approve it before any records are shared. You never hand over passwords.
- You keep your records. Buyers get a licensed, de-identified copy.

FAQ
Common questions.
Will my customers’ or employees’ details be exposed?
We take several steps to prevent it. Our de-identification partners remove or replace names, contact details and account numbers before any records are shared, and you approve the final package. Buyers are AI companies and the firms that supply them, and you’ll know the buyer before you sign.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Nothing upfront. We’re only paid when a deal closes, through a success fee agreed with you or a referral fee from a partner platform we introduce you to. Most deals take 2 weeks to 3 months from first call to payment, and payment comes straight to you.
Do I give up ownership?
No. You license a de-identified copy for an agreed use and term. Once a model has trained on it, that can’t be undone, so your agreement spells out exactly what each buyer may do. Nothing is released until you sign, and you can walk away from any offer.
Does my business qualify?
Most buyers look for 10+ employees and at least 3 years of digital records. Patient, tax-client and legal-client records come with extra rules (HIPAA, IRS rules for tax preparers, attorney confidentiality), so we check those with you first. We’ll tell you on a free call.
